Carlos Rodriguez
Operating Executive, Value Creation
Mr. Rodriguez is an Operating Executive on Palladium’s Value Creation Team. He serves on the Boards of SES and DME Express and as an advisor to Quirch Foods and Health Connect America.
Mr. Rodriguez is also Co-Founder and General Partner of MoonSail Capital, a private equity fund investing in lower middle market companies in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and serves as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of World Gold Trust Services, sponsor of the SPDR Gold Shares (GLD) and SPDR Gold MiniShares (GLDM) ETFs.
Previously, Mr. Rodriguez spent nearly two decades in capital markets. He was Global Head of Macro Structuring at Credit Suisse in London, designing bespoke financial products for insurers, pensions, asset managers and banks worldwide. Before that, he established Deutsche Bank’s municipal bond business and began his career in the Public Finance Department at Merrill Lynch in 1996.
Mr. Rodriguez received his B.S. in Finance and M.S. in Accounting from Tulane University, with honors.
