Mr. Allen joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as a Partner.
Mr. Allen serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Fora Financial, Quirch Foods, and Spice World and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Second Nature Brands and Del Real. Chris has also served as Palladium’s representative on the board of the NAIC since 2018.
Previously, Mr. Allen worked at Arlon Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm in middle-market food and agriculture businesses.
Prior to Arlon, he was an investment professional at GenNx360 Capital Partners and Windjammer Capital Investors, where he sourced, led and structured investments in a range of industries, including food, specialty distribution, industrials and business services.
Mr. Allen began his career as a consultant at Bain and Company.
Mr. Allen graduated from the dual-degree engineering program at Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology with B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, respectively, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. An joined Palladium in 2023 as Senior Associate, Palladium Heritage. He focuses on deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Previously, he was a Vice President at KCB Management, where he served on the Board of Directors of three KCB portfolio companies. Prior to KCB, he was an Associate at ShoreView Industries, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in business services, value-added distribution, niche manufacturing, and healthcare services. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at TripleTree.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A in Finance and a second major in Mathematics.

Ms. Artigiani joined Palladium in 2021.
She was previously an Executive Assistant at Mercury Capital Advisors and an Executive Assistant at Merrill Lynch in the Private Equity Funds Group, where she supported several Managing Directors, Partners and other senior professionals.
Prior to her professional experience in the securities industry, Ms. Artigiani held administrative roles at media, graphics/printing, and financial staffing and recruitment firms.

Mr. Barbieri joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as General Counsel and CCO.
Previously, he served as Senior Counsel with the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to that, Mr. Barbieri served as an associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Barbieri received a B.A. from S.U.N.Y Binghamton summa cum laude, and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law summa cum laude, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.

Ms. Bushey joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as Office Operations Manager.
Previously, she served as the Marketing/Corporate Access Coordinator at Wunderlich Securities Inc. for seven years.
Prior to that, Ms. Bushey worked in the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading departments at both Kaufman Bros. L.P. and Brean Murray, Carret & Co.

Previously, he was an Associate in the Consumer and Food & Beverage Groups at Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Company, a middle-market investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Egofske worked in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services Group at BDO USA.
Mr. Egofske is a CPA and graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Analytics.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare Group and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Barclays.

Mr. Finneran joined Palladium in 2021 and currently serves as a Vice President.
Previously, he served as an interim Chief Financial Officer for Freedom Electronics and RuffleButts, two portfolio companies of his prior private equity firm, Summit Park. While at Summit Park, he was an Associate focused on investment opportunities in the light manufacturing, business services, and value-added distribution sectors.
He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Fidus Partners, where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the industrials, business services, and healthcare sectors.
Mr. Finneran graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Funk joined Palladium in 2015 and serves as a Partner.
Mr. Funk serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies EverDriven and Envoy Global, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Second Nature Brands and Daniel’s Jewelers.
Previously, he was a Senior Associate at ABRY Partners, where he invested in opportunities in a range of industries, including business and information services, communications, and media. Before joining ABRY, Mr. Funk was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Funk graduated summa cum laude with a B.S in Economics from The George Washington University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Kathy Gardner joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Vice President and Head of People Operations.
Previously, she led North America business operations for Bridgepoint LLC, a global private equity firm. She served as a strategic partner to the European headquarters, managing all functions within human resources, finance, tax & legal and business operations.
Ms. Gardner earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.

Mr. Green joined Palladium in 2004 and serves as a Partner. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup.
Mr. Green serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Sky Zone, Daniel’s Jewelers, Del Real Foods and Fora Financial, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies ABRA, Capital Contractors, Clarion and Herald National Bank.
He also serves on the Board at the non-profit Sarcoma Foundation of America. He earned a B.S. in Economics magna cum laude and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to Palladium, Mr. Horne was a Managing Director at PNC Mezzanine Capital, where he worked for 13 years concentrating on lower middle-market mezzanine and equity principal investments.
Mr. Horne earned a B.A. from Morehouse College and an M.B.A. from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Ilundain joined Palladium in 2005 and serves as a President and Co-Head of Flagship Funds.
Previously, he was an Investment Manager in the private equity division of BBVA. He began his career as an investment professional in the venture capital division of BBVA.
Mr. Ilundain currently serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, Health Connect America, and Superior Environmental Solutions. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Aconcagua, Capital Contractors, Castro Cheese, Del Real Foods, Envoy Global, GoodWest, Jordan Health Services, Paragon Integrated Services Group, Taco Bueno, Teasdale, Trachte and TransForce. Mr. Ilundain also serves on the Board of Directors of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a B.S. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra (Spain), a B.S. in Engineering from Staffordshire University (UK), a Leadership Development diploma from Harvard Business School, a Management Development Program (PDD) diploma from IESE Business School (Spain) and a Master in Finance from BBVA Escuela de Finanzas (Spain).

Ms. Lehman joined Palladium in 2022 as Partner, Palladium Heritage, after serving as a consultant to Palladium in 2021.
Prior to Palladium, Ms. Lehman was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hilltop Private Capital, which she operated for six years as an Independent Sponsor. Before founding Hilltop, Ms. Lehman served as a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management.
She serves or has served on numerous public, private and not-for-profit boards, including the Robert Toigo Foundation.
Ms. Lehman earned a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Mitchell joined Palladium in 2021 as a Managing Director. Ms. Mitchell serves as CAO of the firm. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Envoy Global.
Prior to joining Palladium, Ms. Mitchell was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers, an international law firm founded in Los Angeles, California in 1885.
Before that, she was a partner at another international law firm and spent two years in the leverage finance group at CIBC World Markets.
She worked on numerous high-profile matters during her legal career, including representing the Governor of California in the PG&E case and Puerto Rico in its restructuring process.
She also has extensive experience building strong and cohesive teams, offices and practice groups throughout her career.
Ms. Mitchell earned a B.A. from Indiana University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Mitchell joined Palladium in 2023 as an Associate in Sustainability after completing a year-long internship with the firm.
Prior to joining Palladium, Mr. Mitchell worked as a Public Charities Specialist for the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General and as a AmeriCorps Team Member for City Year Boston. Mr. Mitchell also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University where he majored in History and Politics and minored in Psychology.
Mr. Mitchell holds a Masters of Public Affairs from the Indiana University O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs with concentrations in Policy Analysis and Sustainability & Sustainable Development.
