Rafael Ortiz

Mr. Ortiz originally joined Palladium in 2006.

Mr. Ortiz serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Health Connect America, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company EverDriven.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Mr. Ortiz began his career as an Analyst in an internal M&A group of Banco Popular, executing principal investments and acquisitions in transaction processing and financial services companies in the U.S. and Latin America. He then served as an Associate with Advent-Morro Equity Partners, a San Juan-based private equity firm affiliated with Boston-based Advent International, where he invested in opportunities in healthcare services, business services, and manufacturing.

Mr. Ortiz earned a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
