This Privacy Notice (“Notice“) helps you understand whether and how we collect information about you when you visit the Site. This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices concerning any information we collect from our investors/limited partners; we addresses those practices in separate notices sent to such persons.

8. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
When we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.
Where we process personal data in connection with the provision of legal services, we keep the data for 10 years from the date the matter is closed.
Where we process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (for example, “know-your-client” information processed for anti-money laundering purposes), we will retain the data for as long as the client has open matters, and for 10 years from the date the last matter is closed.

10. California’s Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties.
